I am in search of a gay /bi handyman who maybe available to help me get my house ready to list in the spring. I have minor finish work also need a simple railing installed that I am not able to do myself for other reasons so I am asking for someone to help me get this done. Because the house isn't going to be listed until next year , I am looking to chip away at the tasks when the person is able to do it and not having a timeline will help me find the right.
