My lease is up on May 31st, we will be looking for a different place to live since our landlords are selling the house we are currently in.
Looking for a house, we like our privacy so we're avoiding shared housing. However a ground level floor apartment that's not morning run is acceptable as well :)
I have 2 dogs (one is 84 pounds and the other is 48 pounds). Well behaved and potty trained.
More then 1 bedroom is preferred. Must have a place to park 2 cars (right now we do side street parking and it's a nightmare!)
Landlord paying utilities is preferred.
We are drug and smoke free, both have steady jobs.
We don't require anything fancy. If it's what were looking for we will be long time renters :)
Trying to stay under $950-$1,000 a month. Will pay any sort of pet deposit required, my dogs are my life.
Snohomish, Monroe, Sultan, Startup and Gold Bar. Monroe being our number 1 choice.
