Hello. I am a 29 year old female with a wonderful loving cat. I want to increase my family and get a small to medium-small dog. I am living in an apartment building so it must be good on a leash. I am open to any kind of dog that fits this criteria. (With the exception of pitbulls. I love them but its against my city code to own one.) I live off of disability so I can't pay the high prices to adopt that the agencies want.
