Looking for a person with great communication skills as a helper. (west burbs)

Looking for a person with great communication skills as a helper. Ideally that should be a mother of school aged children, although any person will do.

Here is a quick story: I've been working in construction of high end homes for over thirty five years and building custom furniture to my clients after their custom home had been complete. Due to an injury I can not any longer throw a sheet of plywood on the third story roof or install a cast iron tub alone. That ties me mostly to construction of furniture without a lot of heavy lifting, crouching and jumping around. Although, over the years, I have built a solid clientele base, it turned out not to be enough to pay at the present day for two colleges at once and one close by for my kids. That's why I am looking for a person to help me expand the amount of customers. Such customer could be any person who might need a bookshelf, office desk, a bed or any type of furniture. Typically, anyone will need some sort of storage in their room from an entertainment center to a dresser, so, potentially- everyone could be a customer. Although my kids are working, besides going to college, we still need to raise about sixty thousand for their next semester. I know, that's a lot of shelves and dressers to build, but I provide honest, reliable work with reasonable pricing and stand behind my quality. I am not looking for any loans and willing provide high quality work in exchange for every customer's order, even if that means working nights and weekends. I am licensed in all construction trades, being a construction supervisor for many years, and can perform construction as well, as long as it doesn't require a lot of heavy lifting: wiring, plumbing, window replacement, small additions and such

I am willing to pay up to 10% "finder's fee" towards any placed and fulfilled order that you can help me to find (preferably- in West Suburbs for easier delivery from my shop). That may not sound like much- let's say- twenty dollars, if you can find me a customer who needs a custom bookshelf for two hundred, but it's still money for you. If you circulate a lot and know many people- that would be a great help... and more money for you as well.
Thank you for reading so far. Please, serious responses only.
Attaching the photo of a custom table and a custom wooden stand for a stone statue of a parrot- as a smaple of my recent.
