I have 30 years experience in construction and got my General Contractor license last year. I had an investor who wanted to help me build a spec home but he is relocating. I am looking for someone to back me in return for a 50/50 split on profit, all in a legal contract of course and we can discuss how to hold title as well - partnership, LLC, investment project, etc.
