Looking for a room to stay until the end of August (GladwyneVillanovaBryn Mawr, Spring Mill RoadRoute 23)
I have a job and will be gone most of the work day. I just need a place to go home to and to store my belongings, preferably within a mile or so of Spring Mill Road and Route 23.
What I'm asking for:
A single bedroom with at least a mattress.
Access to a full bathroom.
Access to utilities: water, electricity, wi-fi.
Respect for my privacy.
Desired, but not necessary:
Access to household appliances: washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner.
Access to the kitchen and some refrigerator space. I'd like to be able to use the microwave or kitchen stove and cook for myself from time to time.
What I am offering in return:
Rent payments that include utilities.
Commitment to respect your property, belongings, and fellow residents (including pets).
Commitment to help maintain the house: vacuuming and cleaning the bedroom that I'd occupy, cleaning the bathroom that I'd use, cleaning in the kitchen if I cook something.
Respect for your privacy.
I'm a quiet, tidy person and can promise that I will never have any guests. I conserve water and electricity. I do not smoke. If at any time you were to decide that you want me to move out, I would move out without protest, though I expect to exceed your expectations of respect and courtesy.
