Looking to rent an apt/house with another person, gender doesn't matter. I'm looking around the Boise Town Square Mall area, as it would be close to my work, but am willing to hear other ideas. As far as cost, I'm looking around $400-ish a month (not including utilities).
My only stipulations would be that the roommate not smoke (or at least not in the house) and no pets (sorry, not that I don't love them but the places I'm looking at don't allow them).

A little about myself, I'm a young professional working full time and finishing my degree. In my spare time, which isn't a lot, I enjoy spending time outdoors and looking for adventures. I also enjoy being lazy and watching Netflix or playing video games.
