The Story:
I am moving to NOLA to attend grad school at UNO for Urban Planning and Historic Preservation. I currently live in West Virginia doing hands-on preservation work. I was born and raised in Birmingham, AL and went to undergrad at UAB.
The Breakdown:
I am looking to live somewhat near UNO (Mid-City/Treme and north) for around $600. I would be moving between July and the first week of August.
I am a twenty-five year old male. I would like to live with someone around my age, no preference on gender.
I do not smoke cigarettes.
I thrive with a canine sidekick, so a dog-friendly environment is ideal although not necessary.
As a roommate, I am mostly reserved to my room or sit quietly reading/with headphones in shared spaces. I would definitely be down for Netflix binge-watching sessions and getting drinks or catching a gig on the weekend. I have an old soul and a young heart. I dig jazz and blues music and old buildings, but like to bike, kayak, camp, etc. as much as possible.
