I can pay upto max $600 with all utilities included(internet, electricity, water, heater). ( Please include mattress too )
Room should have heater too as its winters now.
I will be moving to Wilmington DE for my work ( accommodation should be close to 880 powder mill road wilmington de 19803) in couple of weeks.
House should be clean, no pets, only females preferable( I am 32, Asian, Female ). But since my room and bathroom will be private, I can overlook these.
