We just moved to CA from the other side of the world for work and are looking for a place to rent for a couple with no kids and no pets. We are both in mid-30's from a polite country, very clean, pretty quiet, respectful, laid-back and usually busy with our own stuff though quite sociable in general.

Looking for an rental apartment/house/condo:
⌘ nearby (preferably waking/biking distance to) caltrain station
⌘ safe and quiet neighborhood
⌘ early moving date preferred
⌘ great to have 1 bedroom apartment but small as a studio is ok
⌘ $1600/month without PG&E or less than $1800/month including everything
⌘ Longer term if possible
