We live in Northern Boulder Colorado. Compensation really ranges. If you live with us...all expenses payed for. We have our own vehicle that we would want you to use especially with the kiddos. It's a 2015 BMW X5 so very safe. Also I would plan for you to vacation with us as well as the kiddos would come with. So with all that said...my husband and I discussed the actual pay. We are thinking maybe $12,000 month. That's $50 an hour at 12 hours a day times 5 days a week. But as I stated in the ad...we are negotiable.
