Looking for donations or unused, unwanted gift cards (Treasure valley)
Hello!
Our neighborhood, Wild Meadows, located in Kuna, was established twelve years ago. Our developer promised the builders he would install a playground and family recreational area in our development. He has, unfortunately, left the state and we are unable to reach him, despite our best efforts.
Since our playground and recreational area was never installed our families continue to long for a place where our children can play safely, develop physical & social skills, as well as a place where we can get together for birthday parties, reunions, community events, and picnics.
As we continue with our fundraising efforts, our families and children come closer to their new recreational area that they were promised and deserve. Currently our families are crossing three extremely busy streets to use the playground and recreational area in another community, causing numerous safety concerns.
We are looking for donations, particularly in unused, unwanted gift cards or certificates for this summer’s fundraiser. Ticket sales will be from June 20 -July 17, and the drawing will be held on July 18, 2015.
