Hello! My husband and I are looking to find a family or two to go in on a nanny share with us (two or three kids total). Basically we'd like to hire a full-time nanny to watch our 3 month old son (we do not want him at an in-home day care with five other kids and one adult -- he's at a regular day care now and we hate it). We'd like to have him with 1-3 additional kids (so the nanny would only be watching 2-4 kids total). We would hire the nanny together and the kids could be watched in our home, your home, or a combination of both. We're expecting to pay about $5 per hour per kid with a nanny share (so the nanny would be making $10-20/hour but each family only paying $5/hour per kid).
