Pay is based from prices/ bids placed by the Contractor (Yourself))-- our Company fee is set by our Company's Licensed General Contractor. Typically between 10% - 23 % ($0-$1,000 ^ ) **. All agreed company rates will be deducted prior to issuance of payment. Biding skills are a MUST.
