I need guys that I can rely on to show up on time be able to listen and do what's is asked of them without having to be told more then once, be able to put in long hours whenever it's needed. Pretty much I'm looking for guys who are self motivated and fast learners. Pay is a set % and will be determined by your experience and your ability to get tasks complete and be consistent with the quality of work you do!

Salesman/canvassers
We have lots of calls for bids and need someone who knows tree work as well as landscaping most important is that you know the trees. Leads that come in to comapany phone will be gave to the salesman who shows the most initiative and willingness to knook door and give bid in neighborhoods. And canvassers needed to put knock on doors and try to get then to let a salesman come give then a bid if not home then put a fliers on their door. all pay is % so your pay will be all your ability to sale.
Having a vehicle of your own is a big+++

Look for a climber with his/her own gear and climb saw. (Willing to train someone if they are serious and willing to stick it out)

Also looking for a bilingual groundhand that knows a little bit about a lot, such as be able to trim tree with a poll saw and how to install sprinklers and landscaping and have a Colorado driver's license is a big plus!

And looking for just normal labour's for ground hand on all jobs.
