I am a currant mental health worker who is filming a documentary on why mental health doesn't work in Oregon. Topics include:
1. Lack of unity in goals and treatment for clients
2. Mental health as a whole is considered a stepping stone instead of a career therefor why invest in employees? Causing alienation of management and staff, low pay, low morale, ect.
3. Guinea pigs not only of clients but of staff by corporate psychologists.
4. Placements based on income being brought in w/o concern for safety.
5. Paperwork fraud
6. Lack of transparency
7. Lack of intelligence when incorporating new clientele in residences.
