It is alot to ask but my husband and i need a good home to rasie our children. We have a five year old and one due in August. not looking for a huge payment a month but will pay the fees for escrow and could do up to 1000$ a month it the place Is worth it. Not looking for anything huge just 2 or 4 bed with 1 to 2 bath. I have 2 dogs so needs to be a dog okay home. Doesnt have to be fenced as i have a big outside kennel for them. But would like it to be fenced. I will be a first time buyer. We have no credit or else we would get a loan for a house. Can be a fixer upper... please dont contact me if u want money down.
