I need some help getting healthy. I'm looking for a personal Trainer or a nutritionist or both. I'm 36 year old male ..overweight..not active and I'm really clueless! Looking in the Hartford county. Will consider further travel. I would also accept some referrals if someone can point me in the right direction.!
