I have no children or pets - just me looking for a place to live by the end of December. My current landlords will need my room at the end of December. Currently, I can only pay $250 a month, however, I am willing to cook and clean. When I start my new job, I will be able to increase my monthly rent and we can sit down and discuss the rent increase. I am not like any 50 something woman. I like classic metal and classic rock. I LOVE animals and get along with them very well.
