Our races have been established for years so we have well documented expectations and processes in place to help the right candidate succeed. Still we are looking for a candidate that is flexible and willing to help us improve! Much of the position can be done online anytime as long as the candidate is efficient with a computer. So willing to work with the right candidate's schedule to make it a fit. We still require the candidate to come into the office to collaborate and check-in.
