I'm looking for a safe & clean room to rent near WSU area. I would prefer a short term contract or pay on a month to month basis. I also have a small (house trained and vaccinated) poodle who I love dearly and must have with me. I am a student as well as steadily employed (I work mostly from home but will need to travel in to the office once or twice a week). Since I do work from home, it's important that the room is in a quiet environment. My dog isn't at ALL a barker unless someone's knocking at the door. What else? Well, I'm 31/f, non-smoker, social drinker yet not into parties and gatherings. I would be lying if I said I wanted to join in my landlords parties, but I would be perfectly fine watching tv or reading in my room. Craigslist is sort of a first try for me, I've read a few strange posts so I'd like to make it clear I am NOT looking for a live-in relationship, strictly roomie situation only. I would prefer to live with women only or a nice stable couple. I do cook and clean up after myself, but I'm sure my ideal roommates already expect this :) look forward to hearing from.
