Looking for short term housing, early January to early April (Boston) hide this posting unhide

QR Code Link to This Post I am working a contract in Boston from early January to early April. I am looking for a partially or fully furnished studio or 1 BR, so sublets work well. I would need a parking space available (for rent or included). I am a tobacco and drug-free 35-year-old man. I am flexible on rent depending on the location and quality of the housing, but my ideal budget is $2000.00 or less with utilities and parking included. Preference for Back Bay, South End, Beacon Hill, Jamaica Plain, Charlestown. Will entertain other areas in Boston on the T. Would maybe do Brookline, but not really interested in Cambridge, Somerville, Quincy, Medford, Malden etc. I realize my requirements/budget may put some of these areas out of reach, but it doesn't hurt to see what's out there. I am in Boston now and can view. I'm not really looking for shares/roommate situations at this time.

Must haves:
I had to drive to Boston and need some kind of free or reasonably priced parking. My car is not registered in Massachusetts, so can't do resident spaces. This isn't optional, unfortunately.
Short term
Reasonably modern washer/dryer on premises, if not in the unit itself
Reliable, fast internet
