Showing Agent Restrictions:

You don't already have to be good at renting apartments but you can want to be good and willing to learn to be the Best. There are new things that happens in the leasing field everyday but if you have a car, updated cellphone, notebook and a pen you can be very successful. Every single question you ask should never be ask twice because you should be keeping a track of my response. Being the best is not hard, all you have to do is listen.
Your job duties are as follow:
*Respect each client with respect
*Pick up appointments daily
*You must wear a orange polo and pick up your name badge daily
* Conduct all showing by yourself: No friends/Boyfriends or Kids (if you are scared buy a bottle of mace or carry a pocket knife, if that is an issue this May Not Be The Job For You)
*Do a walk through of the apartment 30minutes to 1 hour to make sure the unit is clean and vacate
*Beat your client to the appointment 1st (Do Not Be Late)
*Try to sale the unit but do not force them to take the unit
*Do not give out applications to take home, application can only be filled out with you or in the office
*Commission is paid when the client moves in and company cuts the check
*Section 8 pay out is at least 1-2 month(don't let that scare you the money comes in handy)
*You are only allowed 2 strikes every 3 months, once you get your third strike your out
Strikes Comes From:
Being disrespectful to your client
Dressing inappropriate
Tagging alone family and friends
Not showing up to apartment showing
*If you have to pick your client up from the office it's ok, do what you have to do to get an application

Commission Pay Scale:

Rental units $400-$699 pays $75
Rental units $700-$999 pays $125
Rental units $1000-$1299 pays $200
Rental units $1300-$1799 pays $275
Rental units $1800- up pays $350
