Looking for small home. Rent or buy (South of portland)
Hello,
I am looking for a home to rent or buy or rent-to-own.
Its just me, so looking for one or two bedroom. Something quiet.
A place that has character and history, but doesn't need a lot of money put into fixing the roof or electric.
Ideally it would be from a private owner. Maybe grandparents that are moving out or something.
I am very quiet. Super clean. Just want a comfy place for the rest of my life.
I do enjoy projects such as painting walls, new cute cabinet handles, a garden in the yard for sure!
This can be rent or buy.
I have no dog or cat. I dont smoke or drink or party. Im either at work or the gym.
If you want someone to take good care of a place, im your lady. I do outside yardwork too, because i like to.
I am hoping to pay $700 month or less.
Anywhere south of portland, such as tigard, tualatin, sherwood, lake oswego, milwaukie.
