I'm 420 friendly and drink on occasion, but not looking for a party house. We can eat healthy/do yoga/watch cool shows/be old people together cause we gotta wake up early n seize the day.
Need a place with washer/dryer in the apartment.
Okay, enough of my specifications. I can pay $800/month in rent and am looking for something ASAP. Also, no cats - they're cute, but I'm highly allergic.
