Hi I am looking to rent a year round place,... cabin, house, or camp on the water in or around the Lincoln, Chester, Belfast area. Really would love to find something that also might be available to purchase,..with or without an option,..however,..that is NOT a necessity. Ideally would be a quiet accessable area on a stream, pond, lake or brook as long as it is flowing year round. Might consider a river,..but,..not interested in a flood plane. I have cash $ . If you have anything that might work for both of us it would be most appreciated. Even if you do not want to sell,..yet are willing to rent for a year or so,..let's talk. Am neat, respectful and looking for an opportunity to try a new area that just might be a place to call home. I do have a small Poodle that is in no way destructive.Thank.
