Looking to hire someone to work on my house (Aurora IN) hide this posting unhide
QR Code Link to This Post I just got the house and it needs work. Will hire people who want to help me finish it and make it livable.
Jobs needing done:
- leveling the house and front porch with jacks
- replacing roof above the addition (getting rid of old plywood, replacing 2-3 rafters, putting new plywood and metal on top. Roof has no gable, just one side, approximately 12 by 16.
- replacing electric wires that were taken by vandals for copper. Approximately 40 ft of new wire.
- repairing drywall were vandals broke it to get wires, fixing bad spots in drywall around the whole house.
- lay underpayment, tack strip and carpet in 4-5 rooms.
Would like to hire few people to get everything knocked off till the end of December to move in asap. No deposit, no upfront payments, paying when job is done or in portions upon completion. All materials provided.
