It is a nice neighborhood with great neighbors.Built in 2001, Our home is a 5 bedroom two bath home. 2222 square feet. Finished basement. Lots of storage. Two bedrooms downstairs are both good sized. We currently have our master in the basement, but you can swap things around. We remodeled the kitchen in 2016. The house needs painted on the inside. But, we figure the new owners can figure out what they want. What we are looking for is a single level home. Prefer it to be in Nampa. But, would be open for close surrounding areas. We want something in the 1500 square foot range to no bigger than 2000 (negotiable). Two plus bathrooms. Prefer 4 bedroom or a 3 bedroom with an office space. Or, bonus room. Prefer it to be a newer home. And, really don't want much of a yard. But, once again negotiable. We just really don't want to deal with the real estate end of things. Our house was appraised at $192,000. We would prefer as close to a straight swap as possible. Obviously proper paperwork and closing.
