My beloved budgie, Oliver ("Ollie") escaped from his cage on Saturday, August 15th, near the 3rd green at Providence Golf Course. He is blue and white, and has 1 crippled foot. I have had him for 8 yrs and am heartbroken 😢 He is very tame and friendly, though probably scared to death. He may try and fly to your head or shoulder.... loves people, and talks up a storm as well.
