QR Code Link to This Post I have a black domestic short hair female cat in need of a good home. Her name is Dahlia. She was rescued as an adult and I've owned her for 7 years. She is spayed and had her shots. I can provide a copy of her medical records from the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City. Her tail is broken midway down, but it does not affect her general health. One of her ears is also a bit crumpled.

Dahlia is the most loving cat I've ever owned in my life. It breaks my heart to re-home her, but my girlfriend is severely allergic to cats and I've had to offload several I own to shelters to try and remedy the issue. Unfortunately since Dahlia is a bit older, shelters are not inclined to take her. Dahlia is extremely affectionate and fond of humans. She will gladly sit on your lap for hours or cuddle with you and sleep by your side. Her black fur is silky smooth and she loves to be pet. She doesn't shed a ton and she's litter box trained. She's even acclimated herself to premium crystal cat litter which is extremely easy to maintain over dusty clay litter and doesn't have to be cycled out as often. Dahlia would do well do be in a quiet home with an owner that enjoys the attention and affection of a loving cat. She likes to be the focus of your attention and doesn't do as well with other animals. She tolerates the younger male cats that she currently lives with, but makes it clear that she needs her space from them. She is a very intelligent cat with a pleasant personality and I can assure you that she will make an outstanding pet.
