It's actually for housing search - I am seeking a cottage / cabin / In-Law to rent. Those are more rare than the large building structure apartment complexes and not as advertised.
Sometimes the only way is through word of mouth / people who know people.
I am looking to move ASAP and don't want to be homeless so please do not flag this down. After it's found it will remove the post right away. There's rarely any ads for cottages / cabins / In-laws !
Housing search is SOOOOOOO difficult it's brought me to tears here. I cannot do anything if I don't have a place to live. Right now if anyone know of a long term cottage / In-law type rental for rent, and can arrange a viewing and successfully rent to me, I will buy you dinner / lunch.
Obviously this is strictly for housing and not for any weird or creepy suggestions, obviously, but the community / personals section gets more traffic -- urgent times calls for urgent measures - so kindly understand I'm just trying to find a rental ASAP to NOT be homeless, not some weird, awkward scary situation.
I'm trying to settle in a safe area in the Bay area -- the location is somewhat flexible. If you know of people renting their cottages / cabins and can arrange a viewing, it's appreciated.
Below is the stressful blurb I had looking for a cottage / in-law. Please ONLY reply if you can seriously assist on this, if the process is successful, I will get your next lunch or dinner.

Looking for a Cottage or In-Law style LONG-TERM rental -- NOT SHARED APARTMENT OR ROOM IN A HOUSE
-- including all utilities -- Electricity / gas, Water, Internet -- up to $1000 ? - Location is somewhat flexible if you would send the rental address.
Would prefer to have all the basics -- kitchen sink, a full size refrigerator / otherwise I'll have to go find one, bathroom, and a laundry washer possibly.
Moving is extremely tedious and exhausting, so the blurb is for your consideration ---
The type of environment I would prefer is an independent one, one with hands-off approach, live-let-live attitude, where landlords don't harass / pester tenants, and where people leave each other alone.
You do not need to be concerned about loud parties; I do not bring guests and take everything outside. I'm responsible, neat, (Asian, female), and do not have pets. No complaints in the previous places.
If you will consider NOT going through a long exhausting credit / references check etc. In exchange, I am willing to offer you several months of rent -- upfront -- cash -- negotiable.
After that period, month by month.
I guess I'm writing this because I would prefer to do business with someone that wishes to KEEP THINGS SIMPLE, sees that CHANGE happens even unpredictably at times, who can be kind, non-stagnant, compassionate, and considerate, and that things in a rental situation has to BE NEGOTIATED AND WORKED OUT, that the ONLY way to cut the financial risk to 0% - is to NOT RENT OUT THE PROPERTY WHATSOEVER, AT ALL.
Someone that is NOT iron-clad stone-cold rigid, demanding, and hard, and wishes to work out stuff.
