â˜‘No history of pregnancy or delivery complications (medical records from prior pregnancies must be available)
â˜‘Not planning to have more children of her own
â˜‘Between 21 and 42 years old
â˜‘Citizen or legal resident of United States
â˜‘BMI under 34
â˜‘Non-smoker
â˜‘Not receiving need-based government aid (exceptions made on case-by-case basis)
â˜‘Family support for surrogacy journey
