I'm looking for a maintenance man, my other one had to move. Need someone who can do some work, repairs here and there on my rental property in Bellevue KY. About once a month it seems there is something that needs looked at, toilet not filling up, light not working, etc. I recently moved out of state, I can pay via paypal, check, or I have family in the area that can pay cash.
