MALE Stew Deck Hand needed for large MY in Palm Beach

Steward / 2nd Deck:
U.S. flagged private 132'/40mtr motoryacht which will be based in Palm Beach. The vessel will not travel extensively, therefore the position(s) are best suited to crew who have ties to South Florida, or who want to be based locally.
The Steward would need to be organized and detail oriented to meet a high expectation for the interior maintenance and high level of service for the owners and guests. In view of the anticipated usage, the steward would also serve as a second deck, assisting in the exterior maintenance of the vessel, or in assisting the engineer on a need basis.
For either of the above described scenario's it is imperative that the personnel targeted are those who are positive in their participation in the execution of any tasks aboard. We do not want to engage personnel who are rigid in their positions and feel that their duties are limited to the industry accepted descriptions, as we feel that we all collectively work to provide the best effort to meet the owners requirements. We additionally favor experienced personnel; many vessels target young crew with a priority for style over substance, but we prefer people who are grounded, mature, and stable.
Salaries would be per industry range for the positions, with specific compensation within the range considered for each crewmember based on their qualifications and experience.
