Me and my awesome wife are looking for something specific so i figured while i was calling people looking that i would also try and post something on here as well.We are both cigarette smokers and the place we rent should be a smoking place or a place where we can smoke in our room. Something with a private bathroom would be preferred as well, but not necessary at all. We're both very clean, friendly, drama free people. Very honest and considerate of other peoples stuff / space. We can probably come up with around $300 a month for rent. We are open minded as well to the option to barter rent for labor, babysitting, house cleaning, ect. I'm an extremely hard worker and a jack of all trades. I can do just about anything. My wife is also great with kids and doing just about anything as well. So if your interested in something like that instead of us paying rent just let me know. We would be looking for something we could move into around the 1st week of February. If there's anyone out there that has something that sounds like it might work please call me ASAP so we can talk some more.
