Being his mistake and I having No way to pay him more, he stated I could do another chapter 13 again which sounded "shady". Once again I reminded him I was trying to get disability and used all of my savings flying to hospitals trying to get my back repaired
So being held at hostage with no way out after doing my part of the agreement, {atty} Michael chase told judge that I did not pay all funds that were due so case got thrown out -- which means the five years I paid on my program and the 10s of thousands taken away from me are gone, where to ` no clue. Last Sunday a tow driver came to take my 10-year-old ford Taurus that a company in California bought the note from the car dealer. Company holding note on my car states I owe them 6800.00 if I want car back ' keep in mind this is a 2006 Taurus: blue book probably around 2500 . So now! No car. I filed a grievance on this atty with the Arkansas office of professional conduct. Now can I get everyone to believe that I am indeed the unluckiest man in the world?
