My name is David Landry and I am an experienced, state-licensed math teacher available for math tutoring. Algebra I and Pre-Algebra are my specialties.

Tutoring can take place at the St. Tammany Parish Library, at school (if permissable), at your home, or at any other agreeable location.

A tutoring program can be tailored to meet your needs whether long-term or short term.

Background Information:
David Landry is from New Orleans, LA and graduated from Brother Martin, U.N.O., and Loyola University. A former member of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart Catholic religious order, Landry has taught at Brother Martin and Lusher Charter School in New Orleans, at St. Stanislaus in Bay St. Louis, MS, as well as public and parochial schools in Uganda, Africa and on the Navajo Native American Nation in Arizona. While teaching among the Navajo, he received the Bishop Hastrich Award for teaching excellence.

Past students who struggled in math often commented about my clear explanations of difficult math concepts.

In addition to Pre-Algebra and Algebra I, I have experience teaching and tutoring math at all middle school levels as well as Algebra II and Statistics at the high school level.
