We are Peak Systems a technology staffing and managed services consulting firm connecting technical consultants with various industry opportunities. We issue payments weekly, offer direct deposit, and have many nationwide opportunities for contract work, perm to hire, etc. We are currently seeking Memory Upgrade/ Swap Process Technicians to be engaged on site at a major financial institution in South Burlington, VT 05403.

Job Description: Techs will be providing support to Upgrading the Memory of machines, also there will be responsible for a swap process. Tech will need to Install, Reboot, Save & pack machines. Techs will be upgrading the legacy client platform Windows 7 HP 8300 machines to 16gig of RAM standards and swapping older model machines to new HP Elite Desk 800 G1 PC models. Some user machines will be swapped with new machines, and some will have their existing machine memory upgraded to 16gig. Their profile and data will be backed up & restored to the new machine. User Apps will be downloaded automatically after the conversion is complete and a representative (BTL) from the Line of Business (LOB) will be present Friday night to log into every machine, perform a password change and launch the Outlook Cache process. The machines will be checked remotely by the "Rollout Deployment Team" to insure the Applications have begun to come down to the workstations and all associations have been successfully applied in the backend systems. The HP Lead and some techs will be required to stay on-site until all migration steps and verifications have been completed.

Date: Friday July 31st , 2015 -- (this is a one day contact project)
