I am looking to rent in the west Nashville area (must be in the Bellevue, Pegram or Kingston Springs area). Looking to spend $600-$675 per month. I am not looking for a roommate. I tend to stay in one place long-term and would like somewhere that is safe, clean and will not have a rent increase every year. Prefer to rent from private owner. My current lease expires 4/30/2015 so I would need something May 1st. Before moving to Nashville a little over a year ago, I lived in the same apartment for 13 years.
