The MAY Study is looking for adolescents or young adults (ages 12-35) with the following difficulties that have begun or worsened in the past year:
-Worrisome decline in academic, work or social functioning
-Suspicious or uneasiness with others
-Unusual ideas or behavior
-Increased sensitivity to sights/sounds or mistaking noises for voices or messages
-Having strange feelings, or no feelings at all
-Feeling like your mind is playing tricks on you
Participation includes an initial set of assessments, (2-3 visits) and follow-up at 6 months, (1-2 visits.) Eligible participants can earn $185 for completion of the study. Study appointments will take place in the Longwood Medical Area of Boston.
