I am looking to commission a writer to ghostwrite a
mortgage book for me. I am a loan officer who focuses on the self-employed. I am wanting to create a 50-100 page book that educates the consumer on what it takes to get a home loan and how to avoid the mistakes people make.The average page will have 250 words. The book title may be something like "The Self-Employed's Guide To Funding Your Dream Home".
I am looking for someone who is educated about the industry and can write in a professional but sinple tone. I will provide some of the chapter titles and looking for the writer to provide the content.
