QR Code Link to This Post Hey! We are a Hard Rock cover band playing mostly '70s/'80s classics (with maybe a dozen more modern hard rocking jams thrown in for the younger crowd). More precisely we just like to call the type of music we play "Bad Boy Rock N' Roll". We are playing a fully curated high energy and hard hitting list of songs. We include a good number of crowd pleasers but we prefer to put a major emphasis on maximum sonic overdrive...meaning we often pick the song that rocks harder whether it's the more "popular" one or not.

We are mainly looking for a lead (or at least lead capable) guitarist who will do their homework and come to rehearsal (not practice...you practice at home) prepared. We are relaunching and hope to find someone who can work in tandem with another talented guitarist already in the band. We play hard rocking music to be sure but we are mainly looking for a bluesier based guitar guy to play the lead parts from guys like Angus Young, Billy Gibbons, Joe Perry, Jimmy Page, Slash, Mick Ralphs, etc. and ideally someone who can have a 15 song list down in roughly 7-10 days. Our first auditions will be FR. 12/15 just before the holidays get too crazy. We are all in our 40s and are all seasoned musicians with years of experience in various bands throughout the area so we would prefer the same if possible. Ideally someone between roughly mid 30s to mid 50s should work out fine since we would likely come from the same musical eras and background. We have a lead vocalist but backing vocals are a huge plus. We have a few gig contacts from our former band endeavors but we need a final piece or two to move forward.
