$100 WANT 2-3 PEOPLE. Professional level only this is a get in and get out deep clean.
$20-30 for cleaning supplies if have everything including magic erasers.

THE JOB WILL BE FROM 6-730 AM WEDNESDAY 4/1 NO LATER
MUST HAVE OWN CAR, CLEANING SUPPLIES AND MAGIC ERASERS THESE ARE A MUST, PAPER TOWELS ABD RAGS
I HAVE A great vacuum and a swiffer mop but no swiffer pads. I have a broom but no dust pan..
I will provide trash bags.
Must take all trash at the end to the dumpster. Trash removal inside and out very very little things.
Job details:
Be able to work one room at a time.
Patio -
Patio sweep and pick up tiny bit of trash
all windows and patio doors inside and out. Sweep out tiny closet on patio. Remove 1 hook screwed in beam above area
Vacuum all rooms.
Quickly wipe down all cabinets including inside of shelves in hall and medicine cabinets
1st 2 shelves above counter in kitchen.
All drawers and 2 beneath counter cabinets
3 under sink quick wipe
All window sills
Remove one nailed in screen
Sweep and mop all vinyl floors removing all spots and marks anything stuck on
Use magic eraser on walls as needed.
Primarily needed it in living room.
A little bit in the kitchen.
Bathrooms
- Clean floor to ceiling. Nearest toilets bathtub shower everything walls anything needed. Remove any hooks or anything else that might be left in the walls.
2 small bedrooms.
Not very lived in and so these will be the easiest areas to clean.
However one bedroom has marker on the wall that needs to be removed with a magic eraser.
1 patio door and one window cleaned inside and out.
Vacuum floors including inside of closet.
Kitchen
clean out oven and top of stove.
Outside of dishwasher all counters sink behind the sink the walls The hood above the oven. Open and close the drawer that pulls out on the bottom.
stove includes lifting the top of the stove and clean anything underneath it.
Take whatever last little things to my vehicle.
Any further details will be discussed over the phone up on calling if I think of anything. Other than not if I need something else I will be willing to pay extra.
