QR Code Link to This Post I'm looking to find other musicians to form a band that plays music influenced by Delta Blues, Mississippi Hill Country Blues, and garage rock. I would like to create original songs, but would be willing to play some covers too. I am hoping to eventually get a good set of songs to start playing gigs fairly consistently.

I find it it very difficult to find musicians seriously interested in this style of music so I am open to any musicians of any instrument. I also don't care too much of your age (ideally 21 or older) or your experience with your instrument. As long as you know music fundamentals, the basics of your instrument, and are wanting to take this seriously than I will be willing to meet you and see how things go.

About me:
I'm a 26 year old guitar player. I have been playing guitar for 13 years. The past 6 years I have focused a lot on playing slide guitar. I play in open tunings and like to fingerpick. I play electric and acoustic. I like a lot of different genres of music, but Delta and Mississippi Hill Country Blues and garage rock is what I have the most fun playing. Just a few of my biggest influences are: Mississippi Fred McDowell, Bukka White, Charley Patton, RL Burnside, Captain Beefheart, The Black Keys, John Fahey, and Link Wray.
