please help me find my female black and a little white lab her name is babbs she was lost and then found by animal control in troutdale oregon then sent the humane socity in portland then before i found out where she was she was adopted out from the humane society on columbia blvd on august 19th
please let me know if you have any information i just want to talk to the new owners this dog means the world to me she is 3 years old i was in the hospital and a friend was watching her she got out of the yard and found that day by animal control and adopted 3 days later my heart is broke please help me
