These shops are easy! Use the alias provided when you visit to inquire about opening a checking or savings account. When you're done, return home to fill out the questionnaire online, upload the bankers business card and you are done! Quick and easy for $25!!!

Click "New Mystery Shopper Sign-Up" at the top of the page, just under the login boxes. This will begin the registration process. Please complete each section in order. The final step in registration is the "New Shoppers Challenge." This is designed to test how well you follow directions by asking you to place an X or an O in the correct order in the boxes. If you fail it after the first try, it will offer to let you take it again, but DON'T. Please give me a call and I'll help you.
Once the registration process is completed, you will need to complete the General Shoppers briefing and qualification. This section will give you all the need-to-know information on shopping with Sinclair Customer Metrics (SCM) including our expectations of shoppers, how to enter your data, and how payment is processed.
To complete the briefing, please click on the "Qualification" tab at the top of the page, then select "Briefing". Please select "General Shopper" from the list of options. Please reach each section carefully and be sure to "Confirm" by checking the box. Once you have finished the briefing, the qualification test will appear. These tests are designed to highlight the important information from the briefing. You may take the qualification test as many times as you need to pass with 100%.
Once you have completed the General Shopper briefing you may return to the briefing screen (with the pink box) and select BB&T 2014 from the list. In order to be assigned any of the available BB&T shops, you must be current on your briefing for this particular client. The more clients you are briefed for, the larger the opportunity becomes to be scheduled for a shop.
