We send undercover shoppers into restaurants/breweries and then have them provide feedback on their experience via a brief questionnaire. This will not be a critique of beer, but rather atmosphere and experience.
While that is not only awesome for our Secret Hoppers, but also beneficial to breweries in the Ohiowa area as we strive to make every customer a repeat customer.
We are looking for detailed oriented shoppers and more breweries to get involved to unite and better our experience.
