We, the NPC, are searching for individuals who seek to make a difference in our state's society. This includes current students, post graduates, workers, veterans, and retirees. Any man or woman that holds US citizenship, and is a permanent resident of the State of California, meets the qualification standards for party membership. All citizens willing to join our cause should be consistently active within our organisation. We promote California's independence, unity, economic self-sufficiency, social progression and above all else, order.
