Prefer those who have been discharged or retired in the last 5-8 years. The interview is only 10 questions and typically takes 30 minutes. The topic of the interview is the barriers faced by veterans after leaving the military and trying to get a civilian job. You must have proof of veteran status (DD-214, military ID or VA card) to qualify for the interview.
