We are a low priced small startup business serving the OKC metro area with a lot experience in odd jobs everyone hates. We offer a 110% satisfaction policy, and you don't pay a dime until we are finished. We offer a no surprises upfront pricing policy on most services, will give you all information on pricing should certain foreseen issues arise, and if the job is less complicated than originally thought, the price will be reduced. Per hour rate prices are capped should the job require substantial extra time out of your control, or we just simply underestimated. If we know we will be unable to do the job correctly, will let you know before even trying, and may recommend a more experienced service provider. • Now offering lockout service. Our service is unique in that we aren't a locksmith. You give us a copy of you're key, and we'll bring it if you lock yourself out. No charge for securely holding key, only charge if you need it. About ¼ the cost of a locksmith!

Do to current limitations; we are currently unable to offer the following. Will update as or if services are enabled:
• Anything requiring getting on the roof, but may be able to offer small gutter cleaning or similar.
• Large electrical service, building, and plumbing services that require a license, or could require code compliance. Can do small jobs that won't violate this.
• Pouring concrete
• Critter removal, but can help with some small bug prevention.
• Bodily fluid cleanup with pet poop or vomit being the exception.
• Mold or any other hazardous material removal. Small surface mold or food being the exception.
• Tree trimming requiring a chainsaw or above 5-6 feet high.
• Flood cleanup unless small
• We will let you know if we can't do anything else. We'll try to help find a pro at no cost. Can still complete smaller services that we can offer cheaper.
